We recently stayed at BSA Hotel while visiting the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, and it was a fantastic choice. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of both the room and toilet was excellent, and everything was well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers inside parking, which was a big plus for us, as it was convenient and safe. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options that suited everyone's taste. The best part is the hotel's location—it's situated on the connecting road to Ayodhya, making it an ideal place for anyone visiting the Ram Mandir. It was so easy for us to travel back and forth, and it made our trip much more convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend BSA Hotel for anyone visiting Ayodhya. Given their dietary constraints and seniority, meticulous travel logistics were paramount. While evaluating multiple hotel proposals, I spoke to Mr. Aman, Asst. Reservation Manager. he listened to all the requirements and seamlessly curated their experience—ensuring smooth airport transfers, day tour of lucknow, Jain meal provisions, and Naimisaranya tours. He precision extended beyond planning—remarkably, the reception, restaurant, and travel desks flawlessly executed every preference. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever priyanjali , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A decent and clean hotel with warm hospitality. Stayed for 5 nights, and was looking forward to a clean hotel with welcoming hospitality, not the perfect one, but best bang for my buck. The hotel indeed turned out to be that way. The management was extremely cautious and made strenuous efforts to keep my room and hotel generally very clean. The cleaning, room service and laundry staff went over and beyond to help me stay comfortable and the front office staff, deserved notable mention for seriously dealing with all my repeated requests, and allowed late check out due to my evening flight schedule. All the staffs was very welcoming and cooperative specially Mr Shivendra Housekeeping Manager.

I liked the hospitality and attitude of the staff very much. We had entered wrong date while doing online booking. So had to cancel it and re-book. It took some time for re-processing and we had to wait for long. So we went to have lunch. Restaurant, food is delicious with big portion sizes and reasonable prices. When we came to the reception after lunch, Amrita- the lady at the reception upgraded our room by two grades and gave us an executive category room saying she did it as we had to wait for long for checking in. They did not let us handle a single piece of luggage. The executive room is huge with lots of storage space. We did not have breakfast included in our package due to hitch in online booking process. Had breakfast in room which has a set menu including cutfruit, juice etc. Considering the location and the facilities we got quite a bargain through booking.com . We stayed for a day and would like to come back again.

The bed was comfortable to sleep in and overall the room was good and other than that the staff was very nice especially the one person at the reception. We came to the hotel late at night around 12 or 1 and that person took us on his bike to a medical shop as we needed a headache medicine, so yeah overall stay was good and I couldn't catch his name but if he'll read this comment then he'll know about us.

We are visited to ayodhya and 2 days stay in lucknow we booked 15 rooms for our 30 guests we take breakfast and dinner in hotel bsa Exceptional service the staff went above and the beyond to make our stay memories the room was spotless and the amenities were top notch highly recommend for group traveller we have parked our 2 traveller and 4 car inside hotel
